The General Regulations apply to person/s (hereinafter referred to as “Guest/s”) who purchase and use tickets, products and services (hereinafter referred to as “Ticket”) at Sun World parks, including: Sun World Asia Park, Sun World Ba Na Hills, Sun World Fansipan Legend, Sun World Phu Quoc, Sun World Ba Den Mountain, Sun World Cat Ba and Sun World Ha Long (hereinafter referred to as “the Park”).
Before purchasing the Tickets, Guests commit that Guest have read, understood and agreed to the content of the General Regulations as follows:
1. Unless due to the Park’s faults or otherwise stated in the Park’s policy, Tickets are unable to be refunded, or exchanged to other types of Ticket in all circumstances.
2. The Park reserves the right to close, delay or suspend some services due to weather conditions, operational requirements, maintenance requirements or other reasons outside the control of the park.
In this event, please stay calm, wait for announcements provided by the park. If such closures, delays or suspensions lead to the Guest not being able to use the primary services stated on the Ticket, the refund/exchange of Ticket shall comply with the Park’s policy from time to time.
3. The Park is only responsible for carrying out the refund/exchange of Ticket which the Guest has purchased directly from the park, or the organizations were authorized by the park. For Ticket purchased, received from third parties, the Guest must liaise directly with the third party from whom the Ticket was purchased, received.
4. The Park reserves the right to refuse any Guest entry to the park, or serve the Guest, and shall not provide any refund for the Ticket in case a Guest fails to present a valid Ticket according to regulations. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Ticket is only valid for one (01) use only, therefore, Guest has responsibility to secure the information on, and the code of Ticket to prevent the unintended use by others. Ticket forms (paper, electronic, etc.) shall match with the Ticket type which the Guest has purchased.
