Guest understands and acknowledges that the Park contains products, services, rides and attractions which may be unsuitable for use by persons of particular height, size and weight, persons with health conditions, the elderlyband children.
Besides the specific health and physical requirements stated at each attraction entrance, the Guest commits and ensures that they do not have any conditions including bone injuries, heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure as well as other health conditions that may be aggravated by using the attractions.
When purchasing a Ticket, the Guest agrees to be fully responsible for and will not ask the Park or Park staff to be responsible or compensate for the risks, damages and losses which may by incurred by the Guest during or after participating in the attractions that are not due to the Park’s mistake, including but not limited to:
– Physical and/or mental injury, loss or damage or fatal injury in case Guest’s health and/or Guest physical,
medical conditions are aggravated while using the attractions.
– Loss or damage of Guest’s belongings if Guest does not follow the rules and regulations instructed by
attraction staff or posted at the attraction.
– Other damages and losses that are not due to the Park’s and the Park staff’s faults
